User agreement

1.Basic Terms.

1.1. Online Store - an Internet site located at: www.ok-galleries.com where the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase and all related subdomains are presented;

1.2. Online Shop Visitor - a person who has come to the website of the Online Shop without the purpose of placing an Order;

1.3 User - an individual or a legal entity, a visitor of the Online Store, who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and wishes to place Orders in the Online Store;

1.4. Buyer - a User who has placed an Order in the Online Store;

1.5 Seller - OK GALLERIES TRADING L.L.C.;

1.6 Goods - things presented for sale in the Online Shop;

1.7. Order - a duly executed request of the Buyer to purchase and deliver to the address specified by the Buyer / by self-delivery the Goods selected in the Online Shop.


2. General Provisions.

2.1 The Seller sells the Goods through the online store.

2.2 By ordering Goods through the online store, the User agrees to the terms and conditions set out below. In case of disagreement with the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement or the Public offer), the User is obliged to immediately stop using the service and leave the online store.

2.3 This User Agreement, as well as information about the Goods, is a public offer.

2.4 The Agreement may be changed unilaterally by the Seller without notifying the User/Buyer. The new version of the Agreement comes into force after 10 (Ten) calendar days from the date of its publication.

2.5 The public offer is recognized as accepted by the Visitor of the Online Store / Buyer from the moment of registration of the Visitor in the Online Store, placing an Order by the Buyer without authorization, the moment of acceptance of the Order by phone (telephone) from the Buyer.

2.6 By placing an Order, the User/Buyer agrees that the Seller may entrust the execution of the Agreement to a third party, while remaining responsible for its execution.

2.7 All rights and obligations under the Contract concluded with the User arise directly with the Seller.


3. Subject of the Agreement.

3.1 The subject of this Agreement is to enable Users to purchase the Goods presented in the Online Store.

3.2 This Agreement applies to all types of Goods and services presented in the Online Store, as long as such offers with descriptions are present in the catalog of the Online Store.


4. Registration in the Online Store.

4.1 Registration in the Online Shop is carried out by clicking on the "Registration" button.

4.2 Registration in the online store is not mandatory for placing an Order.

4.3 The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.

4.4 The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified during registration.

4.5 The User/Buyer's communication with the Seller's representatives should be based on the principles of common morality and communication etiquette. It is strictly prohibited to use obscene words, profanity, abusive language, as well as threats and blackmail, regardless of the form and to whom they were addressed.


5. The Goods and the procedure for making a purchase.

5.1 The photographs accompanying the Goods are mere illustrations of the Goods and may differ from the actual appearance of the Goods. The descriptions/characteristics accompanying the Goods do not claim to be exhaustive and may contain typographical errors. To clarify the information on the Goods, the Buyer should contact the Seller by any means of communication specified in the online store.

5.2 In case of unavailability of the Goods ordered by the Buyer in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order or cancel the Buyer's Order, notifying the Buyer by sending an e-mail to the address specified by the Buyer during registration or by calling the Seller.

5.3 In case of cancellation of the prepaid Order in full or in part, the cost of the canceled Goods shall be returned by the Seller to the Buyer by the way the Goods were paid for.

5.4 The Buyer is fully responsible for providing incorrect information, which resulted in the Seller's inability to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.

5.5 When processing the Order, the Seller may, if necessary, clarify the details of the Order and agree on the delivery date. The delivery date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the

Seller's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order.

5.6 The date of delivery of the Goods may be unilaterally changed by the Seller in case of objective, in the Seller's opinion, reasons or force majeure.


6. Order Delivery.

6.1 The goods shall be self-delivered from the company's warehouse.

6.2 Delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller.

6.3 Upon delivery, the Order shall be delivered to the Buyer or to a third party specified in the Order as the recipient (hereinafter the Buyer and the third party are referred to as the "Recipient"). If it is impossible for the above persons to receive the Order paid for in cash, the Order may be delivered to a person who can provide information about the Order (shipment number and/or the name of the Recipient) and pay the cost of the Order in full to the person delivering the Order.

6.4 In order to avoid fraud and to fulfill its obligations, when delivering the prepaid Order, the person delivering the Order may request the identity document of the Recipient and indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the receipt for the Order. The Seller guarantees confidentiality and protection of the Payee's personal data.

6.5 The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer from the moment the Order is handed over to the Buyer and the recipient of the Order signs the documents confirming the delivery of the Order. In case of non-delivery of the Order, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the cost of the Order and delivery prepaid by the Buyer in full after receiving confirmation of the loss of the Order from the Delivery Service.

6.6 The cost of delivery of each Order is calculated individually, based on the information about the address of delivery of the Goods, weight, dimensions and method of delivery. The cost of delivery is indicated in the Online Shop when placing the Order.

6.7 The Seller's obligation to deliver the Goods to the Buyer shall be deemed fulfilled at the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Recipient by courier or receipt of the Goods by the Recipient at the pre-agreed place of delivery of the Order (including self-delivery point).

6.8 Upon acceptance of the Order from the courier, the Payee shall inspect the delivered Goods and check their compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, as well as check the service life of the delivered Goods and the integrity of the packaging. If there are no claims to the delivered Goods, the Recipient shall sign in the "Order Delivery Form" or other similar document provided by the courier and pay for the Order (if there is no 100% prepayment or a valid contract for legal entities). The signature in the accompanying documents indicates that the Recipient has no claims to the Goods and the Seller has fully and duly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods.

6.9 The Goods presented in the Online Store comply with the requirements of the UAE legislation.

6.10. To clarify the date, time and, if necessary, the delivery route, you can contact the operator/manager by any means of communication specified in the online store.

6.11. The User understands and agrees that delivery is a separate service, which is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer, and which ends when the Recipient receives the Goods and makes payment for them.


7. Payment for the Goods.

7.1 The price of the Goods sold in the Online Shop is indicated in Dirhams.

7.2 The price of the Goods shall be indicated in the Online Shop. If the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer is incorrect, the Seller shall inform the Buyer to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, the Order is considered canceled. If the Order has been paid for, the Seller shall return to the Buyer the amount paid for the Order by the same method by which it was paid.

7.3 The price of the Goods in the Online Shop may be unilaterally changed by the Seller. The price of the Order made before the price of the Goods was changed is not subject to change.

7.4 Individuals shall pay for cash (cashier's check) and cashless payment (payment via bank card terminals) to the courier upon delivery, or in the office for self-delivery.

7.5 Legal entities Payments are made in cash (by cashier's check) and cashless (on the basis of a signed contract and invoice).

7.6 The Seller has the right to provide discounts on the Goods and establish a bonus program. Types of discounts, bonuses, procedure and conditions of calculation are determined by the Seller independently and are specified in the Online Shop.

7.7 The order shall be deemed incomplete if the Buyer has notified the Seller about the change of the purchase decision before the start of the order assembly at the warehouse. If the Buyer informed the Seller about it after the moment of the beginning of the order assembly at the warehouse, changes in the set are impossible.


8. Return of goods.

8.1 The goods are accepted for return if they are not used, in sealed original packaging.

8.2 The exchange of goods with defects is made on the basis of the conclusion of the Service Center.

8.3 The Seller shall take all possible measures to minimize the period of exchange of goods. The maximum period of goods exchange cannot exceed the terms established by the legislation of the UAE.


9. Term of validity of the Public offer.

9.1 This Public offer comes into effect from the moment of its acceptance by the Visitor/Buyer, and is valid until the moment of withdrawal of the acceptance of the Public offer.


10. Additional terms and conditions.

10.1 The Seller has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Buyer to third parties.

10.2 The online store and provided services may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other works, or for any other reasons of technical nature. The Seller's technical service has the right to periodically carry out necessary preventive or other works with or without prior notice to the Buyers.

10.3 In case of any questions or complaints from the User/Buyer, he/she should contact the Seller by phone or other available means. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the UAE.
