OK GALLERIES team's service and professionalism is the benchmark to which one always wants to return. Our team's skills are exemplified by the situation at one site where a new sofa did not fit into the elevator cabin and stairwells because of its size. Also due to the location of the apartment there was no possibility to attract industrial climbers to lift the couch in the apartment. The situation seemed to be a stalemate, the client was upset, but the solution was found by the head of the OK GALLERIES team.
The sofa was lifted on the roof of the elevator cabin. The customer side coordinated everything with the complex's management company, obtained the necessary permits, and we started the work. The elevator was lowered to the basement floor, the outer doors to the shaft were opened, through which the couch was brought in and vertically installed on the elevator roof. Together with our employee, the sofa was taken up to the right floor and it was taken out the mine in reverse order. The task was completed, the client was delighted with our team's unconventional approach and professionalism. We always work under the headline: "The impossible is possible!
